Yeah, it's hardly like the Watchers know much about what the others have been set up to do. Baraqiel doesn't even like any of the Temporals. I think their interactions have been fairly limited intentionally.

It'd certainly be something I'd like to know once we get the chance to talk to 'em without the shackles on our conversations... but I'd be real surprised if their roles are as passive as they've been claiming.
