You know, there's a metaphor to be found there for this week's killer, whoever the poor fucker might be.

The fish people get it in their head that the only way to save themselves is by killing the strangers wandering down whose intentions they don't know a thing about, they try it, get brutally murdered by the devil brat tearing them to pieces.
Like how the murderers inevitably done it because someone's dangled something they're desperate for, so the only solution they can see is to kill this other team, who they just know are a threat to them, which just inevitably leads to their sodding head on a pike.
