Well... the people here who came with abilities aren't necessarily the ones who keep them. We're all on equal footing here, except for raw talent, so it's possible she could find a way to access that power. I don't think anyone here can be ruled out due to being incapable of killing someone, else I suspect we wouldn't be here.
